Some tips I have for this is wearing thin clothing, light colors attract less heat. The reusable cooling towels are wonderful. They have the spray bottles with a fan attached to mist spray water on you- those work great! Blood pooling can be more of a problem in the heat, so always make sure to keep an eye on your feet/ankles to keep them from swelling!
